All content that is published on the site will need to be approved by us, to make sure it is helpful to the readers in some way.

You can add to existing categories on the blog, or have your own ongoing category.

Every post has it's author credited & named (you can use a pseudonym if you prefer),

& can be linked to your own website or social media if you want it to.

It doesn't have to be long, it could even just be a one minute read...

Do you want to contribute to an established Podcast?

Do you have a story to tell or some topics to discuss?

If you have audio/visual content that can help others in some way...

we would love to hear from you & share your contributions on

steeleyourfitness: The Podcast.

All content that is published on the podcast will need to be approved by us

to make sure it is helpful to the listeners in some way.

Each episode will be credited to the contributor on the show & in the show notes, or you can remain anonymous.

It can also be linked to your website or social media if you want it to.

Adam will record the introduction & provide some commentary as & where appropriate. 

Not quite comfortable to record just on your own? You can do it with a friend, or we could even arrange for you to record remotely with Adam in a conversation or interview style way. It doesn't have to be long, 15-30 minutes is good!

You don't need any special microphones or equipment, everything can be done on your phone. We can show you how.

The Podcast is distributed on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts & all other major distributors.
