We can go through days, weeks, months and lives and not know our intention. We won’t get somewhere unless we know where we want to go. What is it we want to learn? What is it we want to achieve? What is it we want to be? What is our intention? As we go into any conversation, any situation or any circumstance knowing what our intention is gives clarity to our minds, it helps our needs be met, it helps our boundaries to be set, it helps us to be seen and to be heard. What is your intention in what you are doing? What is your intention in what you are saying? Intentions can be conscious in our awareness, they can be healthy and helpful. Intentions can also be unconscious, not in our awareness and be unhealthy and unhelpful. Intention is direction; Where are you going with this? What is your intention?
