What is Self-Exploration?

Self-exploration starts with a daily taking notice of how you speak to yourself, and asking what am I prioritising? Which emotions am I experiencing? How am I are treating my body? What am I grateful for? What boundaries am I struggling with? How am I spending my energy? Am I being honest and authentic? Writing the answers to these questions down through journaling helps to understand and reflect. When we start to notice patterns and potential, we can look to make changes or gain further understanding about ourselves. We can then ask what is my intention? What is my purpose? What are my dreams? What is important to me? Who am I?
