Opinions Can be Distracting...

Not all opinions are helpful. They can be really distracting to us. Sometimes we don’t need to consider others opinions, we just need to get on and do. Opinions from people we respect and are solicited can be helpful, any others are wasting our time and holding us back. Think of unhelpful or unsolicited opinions as barking dogs. They are annoying, they are distracting and are sometimes difficult to ignore. If we tried to soothe a barking dog, it helps the dog, it comforts and quietens them. But it takes our time, our energy and our focus. Opinions can be distracting, you won’t get where you want to go it you stop and soothe every dog that barks.
