Heal(thy) Self

A healthy self is a journey, it starts with a want to feel better, to get better, to be better. The journey to real health evolves into a path of learning, life lessons, wider knowledge and deeper education. When we know better, we do better. When we make better choices for our physical health, our mental health is also enhanced. When we make better choices for our mental health, our physical health is also enhanced. We may already have a good level of health in both aspects, but as with everything we can always improve and continue to further help ourselves prevent becoming unwell either mentally or physically. To heal ourselves, to become truly healthy are one in the same. The wounds of our pasts can be healed with the health of our future. Prioritising this path over others is what will help us feel better and be better people. Heal(thy) Self
