We all have days where we don’t feel good mentally. Acceptance of that fact it helpful. Usually it’s just the day or a couple of days, much like a physical ailment. Lots of things feel better the next day. When we don’t feel better, when we don’t feel good the next day or the day after we have some options. We can continue as we are, hoping things will change or we can do something or somethings differently to help us. It may be a different exercise, a different routine, a social media break, a self-care ritual. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome is not going to work. Trying different things, and expecting a different outcome has a 100% chance of working. When we don’t feel good we can stay the same, or when we don’t feel good we can do something different.
