Confidence Is Quiet, Insecurity Is Loud

There is a lot to be said for the term, quietly confident. The loudest people can appear to be the most confident when in reality they are using their volume to shield their insecurities. Confident people often listen more than they talk, they don’t feel the need to be heard or to promote their point of view all of the time. They are encouraging of others, knowing that another person’s achievement or success does not diminish their own. Insecure people can feel the need to be heard, they like to be right, they like to project and they like to promote. You don’t have to post it to prove it. Confidence is quiet, insecurity is loud.
