Be Sensible About What You Share

Whether what we share be online, in person, with our energy, with our contributions or with our secrets. We need to be sensible. We can over share, we can not share enough, we can share truth, we can share untruths. Opinions that are true to us won’t always be true to others. Views that are valuable to us won’t always be valuable to others. Once we share something, it becomes partially our responsibility. When we are sensible about what we share we protect others and we protect ourselves. Being authentic and acting with intention helps us be sensible. Before we share anything we should ask… Is it true? Is it healthy? Is it appropriate? Is it helpful? Is it sensible? If we can’t say yes to all we shouldn’t be sharing it. Be sensible about what you share.
