Are You On Your Game?

Our physical game: Hydration, movement, nutrition, exercise, sleep/rest…

Our mental game: Gratitude, self-talk, mindfulness, regular creativity, journaling, stress management, skills practise of patience, perseverance, habit building…

Without being on both games we revert backwards, we regress. Progress is made through practicing consistency, regression happens when we don’t practice it. Both games are equally as important, without the fitness and health of one, we cannot have the fitness and health of the other. Reflect on where you are at, is one game being prioritised over the other? We feel our best when we are playing both games well. Are you on your game?
